Castletownbere is on route R572 (MapQuest Link). The town is 30 minutes (45 km) west of Glengarriff, which is located on route N71 and within driving distance to airports in Cork and Shannon. The Bone Singer Studio is about 2 km north of the Castletownbere town centre off the R571 Kenmare Road (toward Eyeries) in Béal Na Lappa (diagonal left off R571 on to the Foildarrig side road). If driving from Kenmare (via R571), the Studio is about 3 km south of Eyeries turnoff. Past Eyeries, take first right off R571 immediately past Kealincha River bridge and follow the Foildarrig side road. Foildarrig is immediately to the left up a hill once you turn right off R571).
